EXW

Also known as Ex works. Goody will not shoulder any logistics costs. Our distributor will either pick up the products from Goody warehouse or manufacturing site.

CFR

Goody will shoulder all costs up to the destination port, no insurance will be paid. Destination port handling charges, destination clearance charges, and any destination transportation charges shall be handled by the distributor.

CIF

Goody will shoulder all costs up to the destination port, with insurance paid up to destination port. Destination port handling charges, destination clearance charges, and any destination transportation charges shall be handled by the distributor.

DDP

Goody will shoulder all costs including customs. Even if the distributor pays anything, they are entitled to debit Goody.

FOB

Goody will shoulder all costs up to the loading of the container on the vessel. Freight, insurance, destination port handling, destination clearance, and destination transportation shall be handled by Distributor.
